What the client needed
Employee Assistance Programme Bermuda needed a completely redesigned website that could support a growing range of mental health, employee wellbeing, education, and professional-development services.
What we designed and delivered
Umin designed and developed a new digital platform with dedicated areas for webinars, online training, educational resources, and wellbeing services. The work included a Social Hub with more than 37 assessments and quizzes. Umin later expanded the platform with a structured digital learning system for managers and employees.
What changed
EAP reported an approximately 40 percent increase in revenue from webinars and training services during the first quarter after launch. The organization also reported increased website traffic following the redesign and expansion of its online services.
